Capabilities

What you actually receive.

The method is the sequence. This is what it hands over, and what it deliberately does not.

Deliverables Five outputs
01 Choice environment map The options people actually encounter, the defaults they navigate, the friction they absorb, and where behaviour diverges from stated intent. Research
02 Positioning A statement of where the organization stands that is specific enough to be wrong, and therefore specific enough to act on. Strategy
03 Naming and narrative architecture The language the strategy runs on, and the structure holding the parts in relation to each other. Language
04 Activation briefs Instructions a separate team can execute without us in the room. Systems, assets and the logic that connects them. Handover
05 A behavioural measure Agreed before the work begins, so the definition of success cannot move after the result arrives. Evidence
Out of scope

The list of things we decline is short and firm.

We do not produce media. We do not run campaigns. We do not manage social accounts.

Those are execution disciplines and there are people who do them better than we would. Our work stops at the point where a competent team can take the brief and build. Keeping that boundary is what keeps the strategic layer honest.

See what that produced
How engagements run

It starts with a call

Thirty minutes, to establish whether the method fits the question.

The sequence does not change

Scope changes. Depth changes. The six steps run in order regardless.

A small number of clients

The method needs attention, so the book stays deliberately short.

The measure is agreed first

Before any work begins, so nobody has to argue about it afterwards.

Contact

If your research is producing comfortable answers, it is probably measuring the wrong thing.

We work with a small number of clients at a time. Engagements start with a 30 minute call.
